1. Do I need an account to order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account brings perks like:

4. What if my card uses a different currency?

We charge in US Dollars. If your card uses another currency, the exact amount will depend on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of processing.

5. How do I enter my shipping address?

Please use standard English characters throughout. If your address includes special or non-English symbols, please adapt them to their closest English equivalent (e.g., "å" could be "a"). This ensures successful delivery.

6. Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, no. Once the order is processed or shipped, we can't update the shipping address. Please double-check your address before submitting your order to avoid delays or misdelivery.

7. How long will shipping take, and how do I track my order?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: typically 7-15 days, depending on location
    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier info. Keep in mind, customs-related delays may occur in some regions.

8. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

If something’s missing, please get in touch right away at support@lafully.com, and include your order number. We'll sort it out quickly.
