Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

  • If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, free of charge.
  • Returned items will be fully refunded for the item price only (original shipping charges are not refundable).
  • During promotional events (e.g., sales or bundles), return terms may differ—please review the specific promotion details before purchasing.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Please email us at support@lafully.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Pack the item securely—ideally in its original packaging—and include proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Received a damaged item?
    Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number using the subject line "DAMAGED". Please submit this within 14 days of delivery.
  • Missing a part of your order?
    Email us with the order number and use the subject "MISSING ITEM". We'll investigate and resolve it quickly.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

5. Exchange Requests

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item following the process above, then place a new order.

6. Exceptions & Final Sales

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Digital products
